We aim to please the customer and within reason will repair or replace any jewelry found to be defective. Medicineware provides extra beads with each necklace set. Kindly keep those in the rare event that your fine jewelry needs repair.
All earrings are designed for pierced ears. We can convert them to clip-on or screw-type earrings for an extra cost depending on the materials.
Most items ship 3 to 5 business days after payment is received. All jewelry is shipped Priority Mail and insured. Special order items will require more time.
Shipping prices are based on estimates. If your piece is less than the indicated shipping price, I will adjust the amount downward when I process your order.
International shipping to Canada is priced at Priority Mail Rates. Delivery is usually within 2 weeks but it may take longer depending on customs. Prices will vary due to currency conversion based on the day of purchase. Please call me or email me for a currency price if other than American Dollars.
